What is Systemic Psychotherapy?
As a systemic psychotherapist/family therapist, I consider you within the context of your family, important people in your life, as well as the wider contexts that may be impacting you and your family. Family Therapy recognises that making one change in a system, such as a family system, will have a wider impact on the other systems around you.
